with a valid picture identification for the person signing. Documents must remain unsigned
until in the presence of the Notary.
Notary fee is $5.00 a signature, cash only. Pricing could vary depending on document.

- services by appointment only within Yuma and most surrounding areas. Services available for special care facilities, private residence or home closings. Documents must remain unsigned until in the presence of the Notary.

Defective/Lost Titles Bond
Documents for a Defective/Lost Title on vehicle/unit are normally provided by Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles, then brought to our office for processing of the Bond Application.
Most Bonds are an Instant Issue with the proper AZ DMV documents and a Credit Card payment, however, each Bond Application is reviewed on a case by case basis.

Arizona Notary Bond
"New/Renewal" Notary Bonds or
"New/Renewal" Notary Bonds with Errors and Omissions for persons who are applying to be an Arizona Notary or who are currently an Arizona Notary and are applying for a renewal.
